The Murlocs - Adolescence Live @ Bedlam
The Murlocs - Ripping up the Bedlam Studios.
After the release of their debut album Loopholes last year, Geelong boys The Murlocs have been busy becoming one of Australia’s most exciting bands.
This hard work really began to pay off earlier this year with the release of their new single Adolescence, and subsequent national tour. It was on this tour that the quintet headed north to Brisbane, and right into our studio. That’s right! We are beyond stoked to release our next instalment of our Live @ Bedlam series with The Murlocs, and their latest single. Featuring Ambrose Kenny-Smith’s one-of-a-kind vocals and outstanding harmonica skills, he leads the band in an all out bluesy psych rock jam, in what is one of our best Live videos yet. The clip premiered yesterday on Howl & Echoes, and is the latest in a series which already includes Millions, Drunk Mums and The Creases. Things have been pretty busy in Bedlam HQ lately. From the release of the first and last Boss Moxi album, your new favourite band The Durries and their debut EP, and our endeavour to help foster the local Brisbane hip hop scene with artists like Gallu$ and Midas.Gold, you can pretty much guarantee we’re always up to something, and what we’ve still got to come is going to be even better.
