Baskervillain are a dynamic young 4-piece with a penchant for rock’n’roll, blues, soul, psych & pop, blending influences both old & new to craft a sound that is uniquely their own. Shying away from the constraints of genre, the band take an explorative & open-minded approach to their music, with a collaborative song-writing style that lets an eclectic range of influences seep into the creative process. It is this characteristic that is key to the diverse & colourful sonic canvas which they produce.
Last year the band established a strong local following with their dynamic live energy, sharing stages with the likes of The Cairos, Lurch & Chief, The Belligerents & WAAX. After cutting their teeth at Brisbane live music hotspots such as Black Bear Lodge, The Triffid & The Zoo, as well as a few boutique festival appearances. The band have recently returned from a successful tour of Australia's East Coast in support of their debut EP release ‘Modern Lows’.
